Ongoing entry and validation

Four services, one data team

ERP data migration

Extracting legacy data, mapping it to your new ERP, cleaning it, preparing load files, and reconciling after each load.

Data validation and cleanup

Auditing master data, removing duplicates, fixing formats and missing fields, and reconciling balances.

ERP data entry

Daily entry of invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, receipts, and master data, checked before posting.

Reconciliation

Matching ERP records against bank statements, subledgers, and source documents, with exception reports.

How an ERP data migration runs

  1. Profile. We review the legacy data, count records, and list quality issues before anything moves.
  2. Map. Each source field is mapped to the target field in the templates your implementation partner defines.
  3. Cleanse. Duplicates, wrong formats, missing values, and inactive records are fixed or flagged for your decision.
  4. Prepare loads. Load files are built and checked against validation rules before each test or production load.
  5. Reconcile. After each load we compare record counts and balances between source and target, and report every gap.
  6. Sign off. You approve each data object with a reconciliation report attached.

We do not configure your ERP. We work alongside your implementation partner and own the data work they usually push back to your finance and operations teams.

Systems we work with

The team works with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, NetSuite, and Sage, as well as Excel-based legacy systems. We use the load templates and tools your project already uses, so nothing in your implementation plan changes.

Typical data objects include customers, vendors, items and materials, chart of accounts, open invoices, open orders, fixed assets, and opening balances.

How we keep data accurate

Double checks

Critical fields are entered or reviewed by a second person before posting.

Validation rules

Formats, mandatory fields, and cross-field checks are tested before each load.

Sampling

QA samples every batch and records field-level accuracy.

Reconciliation reports

Counts and balances matched between source and target, with every gap explained.

Targets are set together during scoping, based on your current baseline, and reported monthly.

Who this is for

Companies mid-implementation

Your go-live date is fixed and the data work is behind.

Implementation partners

You need a reliable data team to support your consultants on client projects.

Finance and operations teams

Daily entry and reconciliation are taking time your people need for analysis.

Companies after a merger

Two sets of master data need to become one clean set.

Frequently asked questions

What does ERP data migration include?

Profiling legacy data, mapping fields to the new ERP, cleaning and de-duplicating records, preparing load files, and reconciling counts and balances after each load. Configuration of the ERP stays with your implementation partner.

Which ERP systems do you support?

SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, NetSuite, and Sage, plus Excel and legacy databases as sources.

Can you handle ongoing ERP data entry after go-live?

Yes. Many migration projects turn into an ongoing data entry and validation team for invoices, orders, and master data.

How do you protect financial data?

Access is granted and revoked by you, every team member signs confidentiality agreements, and data handling rules are agreed in writing before work starts.

Do you work with implementation partners?

Yes. We support implementation partners on their client projects as the data team behind their consultants.
